Training for fitness, balance, strength, and flexibility. Three one-hour sessions each week. A unique program each day.* You chose 8:00 am, 2:30 pm, or mixed. One fee allows you in at any of the sessions.

Because everyone is attending from home, you can arrange your room and gear however you like. Debbie leads us and cues for each exercise -- noting variants to accommodate differing levels of experience and/or different body abilities.

FEES: $180 per quarter (or $65 monthly)

Scholarships/discounts may be available (partly paid by extra donations from other members).

* Some group sessions are pre-recorded with new routines. When there is no group session on a holiday, an archived recording is provided for individual viewing and use.

“Gentle Yoga"

This is lead by long-time trainer and yoga leader, Debbie Eernisse. Two one-hour session each week — Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am (PacificTime).

Because everyone is attending from home, you can arrange your setting and gear however you like. Debbie leads us, demonstrating each pose, and cueing with variants to accommodate differing levels of experience and/or difference body abilities.

FEES: $150 per quarter (or $55 monthly)

“Easy Stretching"

new weekly recording to use at home daily

Daily stretching can loosen muscles that are tight from sitting, zooming, overuse, stress, or just plain living.

Debbie’s specially designed stretching exercises accommodate all abilities in each 30-minute session.

A new session is recorded weekly and sent for you — along with links to several past recordings so you can vary your daily stretching.

(You can also participate in the creation of each new video by being in class on Tuesday at 7:00 pm Pacific Time.)

FEES: $75 per quarter (or $27 monthly)

Custom routine

with a personalized training video

Personal, at-home sessions created specially for your situation. Debbie will meet with you, write a custom routine, record a video leading you thru it, and direct you in how often to exercise. Reviews are scheduled at needed.

FEES: vary with complexity.

($90 per hour — for consult, design of routine, recording a custom video, initial lead-thru, and review after 3 months. Typically about 6 hours total.)

Biography

Deborah Eernisse, owner of FitDeb Training, specializes in improving the aging body.  She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Adult Development and Aging from UC Davis. Her background in Occupational Therapy, which allows her to select, grade, and adjust any activity or exercise to meet her client’s goals.  She occasionally provides one on one training to individual clients, but her current focus in on leading groups of people of all ages and abilities -- offering practical and innovative ways to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance, bone density, and confidence.  Debbie loves motivating people to move and enjoys helping people feel good doing it.  


Currently, Debbie is leading classes on zoom -- Fit for Life, Easy Stretching, and Gentle Slow Flow Yoga -- mostly in an interactive form which allows her to see participants and adjust her instructions 'on the fly'.
